- Identify marketing strategies/tools to build membership and keep stakeholders abreast of the Business Advisory Committee’s mission
- Measureable Outcomes
- Increase the BAC membership to include one rep from each parent group
- Increase the BAC membership to include one Student Council representative
- Recruit one new representative in the areas of networking, programming, and digital media
- Marketing
- Design newsletter, brochures, multimedia presentation to recruit.
- Update business advisory section on the Crooms’ website.
- Responsibilities
- The Marketing/Membership subcommittee shall meet outside the quarterly meetings and report updates to the Business Advisory Committee
- The Marketing/Membership subcommittee shall communicate via email, telephone and in person.
- The Marketing/Membership subcommittee shall determine yearly goals and timeline.
- The Marketing/Membership subcommittee will identify target companies to invite out to Crooms to provide tour and presentation
- The Marketing/Membership subcommittee shall work closely with the Student Ambassadors to provide the tours and presentation to potential members.
- The Marketing/Membership subcommittee will support the fundraising subcommittee.
