Goals

  • Membership
    • Encourage participation with parent organizations: PTSA, SAC, Booster
    • Encourage student participation from the Student Council Organization
    • Increase representation from companies that can offer support in programming, networking, digital media
  • Marketing
    • Identify marketing strategies/tools to build membership and keep stakeholders abreast of the Business Advisory Committee’s mission
  • Measureable Outcomes
    • Increase the BAC membership to include one rep from each parent group
    • Increase the BAC membership to include one Student Council representative
    • Recruit one new representative in the areas of networking, programming, and digital media
  • Marketing
    • Design newsletter, brochures, multimedia presentation to recruit.
    • Update business advisory section on the Crooms’ website.
  • Responsibilities
    • The Marketing/Membership subcommittee shall meet outside the quarterly meetings and report updates to the Business Advisory Committee
    • The Marketing/Membership subcommittee shall communicate via email, telephone and in person.
    • The Marketing/Membership subcommittee shall determine yearly goals and timeline.
    • The Marketing/Membership subcommittee will identify target companies to invite out to Crooms to provide tour and presentation
    • The Marketing/Membership subcommittee shall work closely with the Student Ambassadors to provide the tours and presentation to potential members.
    • The Marketing/Membership subcommittee will support the fundraising subcommittee.
